Mapping in full swing
We have mapped other routes and interesting objects. Last week, Eva Molčanová and Aleš Černohous, who are mapping the surroundings of Czechoslovak Switzerland, joined the mapping.
"The mapping was a very interesting and educational experience. We were unpleasantly surprised that in Děčín itself we didn't find any ideal barrier-free accommodation. On the contrary, I really enjoyed the train and ferry ride across the Elbe to Bad Schandau." says Aleš Černohous
"We visited interesting places in Bohemia and Saxony, which we will be happy to recommend. The offer is varied, I really liked the Saxon Switzerland National Park Centre. Their interactive exhibitions are worth seeing," adds Eva Molčanová.
As one of the routes is designed as a cross-border route, the interpreter Petra Sochová was also involved in the mapping and helped with overcoming some communication barriers.
In the following weeks we will continue with the mapping of the Liberec region, we will visit Babylon or the Museum of Glass and Jewellery in Jablonec.
