European Mobility Week conference and we were there!
On Friday 22 September, the final conference of the European Mobility Week took place in the main hall of the Regional Office of the Ústí nad Labem Region. We gladly accepted Mr Slavik's invitation to this conference and we consider our participation as a pleasant duty.

In the German town of Seifhennersdorf, the final workshop of the Travelling with Disabilities project took place, culminating many months of work in mapping and making new routes accessible for wheelchair users and other people with disabilities.

At the last of this year's workshops on the topic "Travelling with disabilities in the Czech-German border area", all participants met in the German town of Seifhennersdorf, in the Upper Lusatia region. It was in the beautiful guesthouse Windmühle Seifhennersdorf.

Thanks to our involvement in the project of mapping barrier-free accessibility for disway.cz, my mother and I recently found out that there is a barrier-free bus from Harrachov to the famous Zlaté vrchší (Golden Hill) near Vrbatova bouda and close to the Hanč and Vrbata Mohyla.
Where there is a will there is a way - we present Grabštejn
Our mapping team got to Grabštejn Castle in the past few days, the castle is still used as a base for soldiers, so we recommend to make an appointment with the castellan in advance - she will arrange a tour for you. The castle and the military area can be bypassed, but this route cannot be recommended for the physically challenged.
